We are very proud to announce that two staff members from the Division of Human Nutrition have been elected on the scientific committee for the Nutrition Congress taking place in Cape Town, September 2016. Additionally another staff member is on the organising committee for this event! We are very proud of our representation for this event and wish Ass/Prof Marjanne Senekal, Dr Janetta Harbron and Catherine Day all the best going forward with this prestigious event!

One of our own students chosen as Miss Heritage 2016!

The Miss Heritage Western Cape Pageant is a modelling contest focused on the promotion and preservation of tangible and intangible heritage of Western Cape communities, people, tourism and culture. The pageant aspires to become one of the largest events to showcase the best of the best in Western Cape beauty, people and culture. One of our own Nutrition and Dietetic students, Ntokozo was crowned as this years winner!
