previous experience

Catherine Day has worked in the public sector as a clinical dietitian (NICU, adult high care & surgical wards, outpatients clinics) after which she started to lecture 1st year postgraduate students in Normal Nutrition. She is involved in various research projects (child development and weight management) at the Division of Human Nutrition, Department of Human Biology. She is the sole owner of a part time private practice in Constantia and serves on the Western Cape ADSA board.
