brief work experience
Gabriel completed his training in 2007 and headed to the UK after his community service in Mpumalanga. In The UK he worked as a clinician in various specialities before spending three years working with patients suffering from kidney disease. Back in South Africa since 2014, Gabriel now works for the Heart and Stroke Foundation South Africa to create awareness around heart disease and healthy living. He teaches nutrition to 1st year dietetics students at UCT and is involved in research within the Division of Human Nutrition. Gabriel also sees private patients when he has the time.
